Capply is an early stage startup in the logistics space addressing the inefficient road freight market in Europe using technology. Road freight is a €342 billion market in Europe alone and this is a great opportunity to come onboard as one of the first employees, to build a product that will change the way the industry operates.

Capply is still a young company, but we’re building for long-term sustainability. We want to make sure that the people building Capply with us are fairly compensated, both through competitive salaries as well as stock options.

We are a small and dynamic team with deep industry expertise, a working product which is already generating revenue, a network of beta customers and funding secured. We’re looking for someone who can add their individual expertise and help us build a great development team.

What is the role?

Our goal is to create an application which is a joy to use. This means that it need to look and feel great. In this role, you’ll establish a visual language for our application, create a design system, work on components and user interfaces. You’ll make sure our application has a professional look and feel. You’ll also be working at a strategic level, helping us figure out how best to serve our users needs.

Experience

Ideally you have at least three years of professional experience working with web design. A relevant education is a plus but not required. Since we’re a small team it would be a huge plus if you have the frontend engineering experience to implement your work in the application directly by converting your work into HTML and CSS or even React components.

• Sweden. We’re a distributed team, but for ease of administration and for the occasional team huddle, we’d like to stay within Sweden for the moment. Being located close to Stockholm or Gothenburg is a plus.
